1.Which countries can be delivered?
All the OREALLA products can be delivered to US-Continent (Excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska).
2.How much is the shipping cost ?How long will my product be delivered?
Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping will be the only option:

3.When does my order will be proceed?
①Orders placed on Monday to Friday, Your item will be shipped out within 24 hours.
②Orders placed on weekend, your item will be shipped out on Monday.
If you have a special case or requirement please note us. we are 7 years professional electric scooter company(In the process of adding to cart you can leave note to us)
4.Order Cancellation:
(1)Customer can only request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days.
(2)You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped.
(3)Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for the return shipping.
5.Tracking Packages:
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.
6.How do I track my order?
You can track your order and shipping & handling information if you have registered an account on oreallaglobal.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can still track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to support@oreallaglobal.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
Please note:
If your order includes other accessories, they will be shipped separately.
7.Delivery Time:
The delivery time will depend on your delivery location. You can check the tracking number through the Carrier’s website for your order delivery time.
Kindly Notes:
1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
2. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
3. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping.
5. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO, nor AK, HI, PR.
