Warranty

Providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by OREALLA are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:

The warranty period is within 1 years after receiving OREALLA products.
This warranty includes quality defects found after receiving the product without use.
OREALLA will at its option, repair or replace defective products.

What our warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, abuse, normal wear, and tear or accident, or man-made damage.
